Piekniek at Lalanek. Lala means sleep. It is truely peaceful in this bay with its snorkelling rocks. Louis saw a sting ray under a rock and I have spotted the odd eel. Ceri likes to snorkel on the beach side of the bay in case a shark attacks... Ceri makes an awaesome piekniek.
Loads of shoals of fish everywhere... we are lucky because we are now able to enjoy animal, bird and now fish viewing.
I sent this picture to Una Coales (who helped me to pass the MRCGP video component - with merit- just to inform her of how pleased I was and also to emphasize how different our worlds were...please vote for her...she is standing for president of the RCGP(find her on face book). No, I don't do face book yet!
