I am pleased that the new digital camera has arrived because this blogg needs a bit of colour. Went horse riding this morning and it was beautiful- with a narrow line of mist dividing the valley from the early sun beams and backdrop of light clouds.
Tomorrow is the multidisciplinary team party at house 5 and hopefully some of the nurses will come and eat and drink. I have enjoyed the paeds ward but i'm also looking forward to some good old primary health care clinics.

Child P(top picture ) is an abandoned boy who has spent several months in the paeds ward. He is vey well. He came for meals at home a few times. Louis, Ralph and Cecily(on her visit later on) met him. He is tiny , but very cute and sociable. He eats like a horse. He was finally taken in by the family but came back several months later for another social admission.
The little boy from Mozambique(bottom picture) was on the paeds ward for several months. He was very ill and I looked after him and managed his underlying conditions over 3 months. He was finally sent home and died months later. I think his distance from healthcare facilities, family support and foreign language/culture led to his death...the true picture of health service in Africa.
Ceri has registered a business and we are very excited by this. The rocket in the garden is delicious and i can see the sunflower and kosmos is starting to take colour. I do love those avo's that fall in the garden(like food from heaven) ready to be eaten...
Louis has restarted school after a long holiday and he has been good about it.
Ralph likes a frothed milk drink in a cup with a biscuit...
Cecily is now in Argentina. Time does fly...
